Develop & Build
All crates/guards are constructed using Steel Box Section Tubing and Welded Wire Mesh. The finished steelwork goes through a Phosphate process prior to Powder Coating to improve the bonding and increase the overall resistance against corrosion.
All doors are fitted with Stainless Steel Hinges and Compression Latches. Outer doors are supplied with locks as standard, interior/escape doors can also be supplied with locks if requested.
Hardwood exterior grade ply is used for flooring where needed and all cut edges are sealed prior to installation. 3mm thick Rubber Matting is also available for multiple crate setups.
Fitting
After the initial consultation, your vehicle will be required for about a day to allow for the making of the outer framework.
Two to three weeks later, it will then be needed back at the workshop for fitting.
Multiple crate setups will take approximately a day for fitting, tailgate guards can be fitted while you wait.

Ideally the best way to discuss what you would like is in person so you bring your vehicle to my workshop based in Rayleigh, Essex. However if a visit is not possible at this stage then I can deal with your initial enquiries over the phone, email or by messenger.
We can then discuss your requirements including what you would like to achieve; for example the number of crates, the sizes, locking options, finished colour and other additional accessories such as jump boards, flooring etc that are available.
I will take all of the necessary measurements to provide you with a plan to satisfy your specifications and we can agree on the final design.
